Common Errors & Troubleshooting

  • Configuration Ping shows 1000ms or connection fails:

    • This could mean your internet connection is down. Please check your local network.

    • The specific server configuration might be temporarily disabled or has expired.

    • The server itself might be down or undergoing maintenance.

    • Action: Check the server status page at status.netchlk.org or our announcements page. For the latest news and updates, join our Discord server: https://discord.com/invite/SXZknW2Htf.

  • Unstable internet connection or reduced download/upload speeds while using NetchLK software:

    • Action 1: Stop the NetchLK software (Netch, V2rayNG, V2Box, NetMod).

    • Action 2: Test your internet speed and stability with a direct connection (without the VPN software running).

    • Action 3: If the issue persists only when the NetchLK software is active, and you've checked server status and announcements, then consider opening a support ticket.

    • Important: Please do not open a support ticket on the website without performing these troubleshooting steps first and having a clear reason.

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection before starting the setup.

  • The download links point to official sources (GitHub, Google Play Store, Apple App Store) where available.

  • If one client doesn't work well for you, try the suggested alternative (NetMod for PC/Android).
